Igor's Pheasantry doesn't hatch their own chicks. We order our chick quantity depending on a customers order for the current year. All orders over 100 birds for the current year needs to be placed by the middle of January with a 25% deposit. We operate from March to October and don't carry any live birds over the winter because of the harsh Manitoba weather.
